Building the next generation of service companies.

Sunday Group of Brands builds and operates specialized service businesses for the long term. This page describes how we think — not a projection of returns.

01

Our Thesis

Specialized residential and commercial service businesses — water infrastructure, exterior building systems, outdoor living and seasonal programs — are essential, recurring and highly fragmented. The constraint on most of them is not demand — it is operating infrastructure. We believe durable value is created by building that infrastructure deliberately and applying it across more than one trade.

02

Operating Model

SGB is an operating platform, not a holding company. It builds and operates. Each company keeps a distinct brand and trade focus while sharing centralized operations, sales process, technology, talent development and customer standards. We are operators first; the group structure exists to make the operating work better.

03

Markets We Understand

Water and irrigation infrastructure, seasonal lighting, roofing and outdoor living — serving residential, commercial, HOA, community and institutional properties in the Dallas–Fort Worth region and adjacent Texas markets. We take on work where our companies already understand the property type, the seasonality and the service expectations.

04

Long-Term Growth

Growth comes from three directions: deepening service within existing companies, adding adjacent trades as new Sunday brands, and extending into new markets on infrastructure that already exists. We would rather add capacity behind demand than promise expansion ahead of it.

05

Investment & Strategic Partnerships

We hold selective conversations with capital partners, strategic partners and owners of service businesses considering a transition. Discretion is standard, and we are equally comfortable saying the fit is not right.

How we talk about performance

We do not publish numbers we would not defend.

Operating and financial detail is shared directly, under appropriate confidentiality, with parties in active conversation. We do not post revenue figures, growth rates, valuations or return expectations on a public website — and we would be skeptical of an operator who did.

If you are evaluating SGB seriously, the right next step is a conversation.
